The Free plan requires no payment and is not subject to refunds.

Paid Plans (Pro & Business)

We want you to be satisfied with Mengram. Here is our refund policy for paid subscriptions:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.

After 14 Days

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time
• When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
• No refunds are provided after the 14-day guarantee period

How to Request a Refund

• Email the.baizhanov@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method

How to Cancel

• Use the "Manage Subscription" button in your dashboard
• Or email the.baizhanov@gmail.com and we will cancel for you

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, Terms of Service violations, or fraudulent activity.
